When I got it back I made sure he reset and deleted all the settings from his account on the app and I also reset the router by holding the button for 10 seconds until it went from blinking yellow to solid yellow. Basically now it’s stuck at a solid yellow light and I’m getting really frustrated. I have it plugged into the wall and I have an Ethernet cable plugged into the internet port from my home router. It’s worked before and I don’t understand why it’s stuck at a solid yellow now. I’ve tried multiple times to reset it and each time I never get a solid white or blinking white light. If anyone can please help I’d really appreciate it.
