Port Forwarding and uTorrent

I have fiber optic internet connected to my Google Mesh. My PC is directed by ethernet cable to it. I am able to download torrents fine, but no peers are able to connect to my PC. I'm attempting to use port forwarding to fix the problem. uTorrent tells me the port number that is used for incoming connections, but when I add a Rule under Port Management for that connection, I am still unable to get an open connection. Need advice, thanks.

You shouldn't need to open any ports explicitly as long as UPnP is enabled in both the uTorrent client and your Google/Nest WiFi system (at least I didn't need to the last time I downloaded an Ubuntu image). If you have it enabled in both places, I suspect you may have another layer of NAT firewall outside your Google/Nest WiFi system, though. In that case, a port mapping through both layers of NAT would be best.
