Google WiFi connection issues

My google WiFi network stopped working, I have reset everything back to factory. Blue light is pulsing. I can connect to access device, put in WiFi name and password, it asked where the device is, I choose a location then goes to check for update and keeps saying Problem Connecting Please check you are online.

Cat five def has internet connection, can anyone help

Sorry to hear about the connection issues during setup. That seems like a frustrating situation. Let's take a closer look at this and get it sorted out.

Can you confirm your location? What country are you in?
Do you use any VNP or web filtering services?
What device are you using for setup (iOS or Android)?
Do you have any other devices that can run setup, such as a tablet or a backup phone?

If you can let me know those details, we can narrow in better on what is happening and get this worked out.
