Google Wifi internet problems?

Anyone else having 0 upload and 0 download speed on the google home app? About a week ago my internet seemed to deplete. My ethernet in my PC is working fine. I run a test online, it's showing my speeds. I use the Google home app and it's saying both are zero.

I can not download new apps or update any apps. Youtube on all devices(it does work on my PC) does not work, which was working fine before. Some apps on my phone and tvs will just constantly buffer. Netflix and Hulu work fine? But others do not. I'm at a loss for what could be happening.

Google wifi doesn't let me into the firewall like other routers so I'm not really sure what to do at this point. I've changed nothing in the router. I was listening to music on YouTube one day and after 2 songs it started to buffer. It has not been right since.

I've restarted my Google wifi, factory reset it, and called my internet provider. So far nothing is working.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Google Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

Have you checked if there are paused devices?
Could you try doing a speed test on a different website?
