Hi, liord4.

Sorry about the missing settings icons in your Home app. I know it's frustrating when you can't access your settings properly. I have a few things you can try to restore that setting icon.

Try clearing the cache from your app.
If clearing the cache doesn't work, try deleting the app and installing it again (your previous settings will be in place once you log in).
Reset your connection to cloud services. The steps for that are below.

Open the Google Home app.
Tap the WiFi icon.
Tap Settings.
Select Privacy settings.
Toggle Nest WiFi cloud services OFF and wait for 30 seconds, then back ON.
Once done, close the Home app and perform a full network restart to ensure that the new settings are in place. To do this, I would recommend doing a power cycle on your network.
Disconnect the power adapter and the Ethernet cable from the Nest WiFi router.
Disconnect the power adapter from the Nest WiFi points.
Disconnect the power adapter from the modem. Allow all devices to stay disconnected from the power for 5 minutes.
Connect the power back to the modem only and wait for it to fully back up. All lights should be lit up before moving to the next step.
After the modem is back online, connect the Ethernet cable back to Nest WiFi router's WAN port (globe symbol port).
Connect the power back to the Nest WiFi router and to the Nest WiFi points. Wait until they're all fully back on.

After you have run through these suggestions, if you don't have any success, please let me know.

1. Clearing cache didn't work.

2. RE installation of Home app didn't work.

3. Reset cloud connection - Can't be done since the issue - there is no WIFI icon

I'm sorry for the delay on answers here. I have checked with an internal team for some help, but I imagine with the holiday that things are running a bit slower than usual. I'll update as soon as I learn anything that can help.

I'll have a chance AFTER I'll have access to WiFi icon.

Right now I can't access to live video, which means all Nest features isn't working, such as talking to the currier and watch live what happens

No Wi-Fi icon on Google Home too on both my wife and my Google Pixels (6 Pro and 6).

I have done all the crap suggested. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have power cycled the mesh network router. Our phones have the latest and greatest updates. I've cleared app storage and cache. In the past, the Wi-Fi icon was there and worked great on both of our phones. We have changed NOTHING, and the icon disappeared. If I have a mesh system that I cannot manage, I might as well trash it and buy another brand. Any suggestions on which brand would be a good Google mesh replacement? And I don't take this lightly because I have 31 home automation devices on this network and when I change the network hardware to another brand, I will have lost about 4-6 hours of my time setting up all 31 devices up on the new network. Grrrr.

Really? One of the steps is to "Tap the Wifi Icon" when the root problem is that the Wifi Icon is missing. That makes no sense.

I don't think the icon disappearance is mesh related.

* I have the Asus AX88U+AX92U in mesh. The 92u added after the problem appeared and nothing was changed.

Looks like Google ignores her costumers...

I'm using the Doorbell for 3 months now without access to the live feed...

Yes, but if I have another brand then at least I will be able to manage it with their method. Right now, I cannot change the Google Wi-Fi password or disable the Guest Wi-Fi.

Hi everyone,

For those seeing this issue, is there a way you can try logging into the Home app on a different device (a tablet, backup smartphone, etc.) that you own or one that you could borrow temporarily? If the icon is missing on the second device, that points to a larger issue than something that might be happening with your primary device and a compatibility bug of sorts. Let me know if that's something you can try and what happens when you log in.

We have 3 phones in our household.

One is brand new and I logged into Google Home on it for the first time ever today.

None of the phones show the WiFi icon.
