How can I password-protect wired LAN access?

I have three Google WiFi pucks deployed in my house. The main and guest WiFi networks are password-protected, and I'd like to do the same for devices that plug in to the pucks' Ethernet ports. My particular concern is that two of the pucks are in guest rooms, and I'd like to prevent guests from plugging in an Ethernet cable and having unrestricted access to my main home network without entering a password. Is there a practical way to do this?

No, there is no built in functionality to password protect or block certain ports. The Nest Wifi add-on point does not have ethernet ports though.

Unfortunately, the Nest is a smart speaker, and I just want connectivity, not connectivity plus microphone and speaker.
