I dont know what numbers to put in for opening my minecraft servers port

I'm trying to set up a Minecraft server from my computer but I don't know what numbers to put into which boxes or how to find those numbers all I know is Minecraft's port number.

First you should set a static IP by DHCP reservation:

Then port forward:
