I have 3 properties I monitor with the Google HOME app and all 3 show ALL of my routers OFFLINE, but are in fact ONLINE.

Now the same thing is appearing on my NEST thermostats.... App says thermostat is OFF when in fact it's ON.

I've tried reboots and reinstalling the app but nothing changes. Any suggestions?

Hello @skalata

This may be a defect in recent versions of the Google Home app. Can you try dragging down on the main screen far enough for the refresh spinner to come up and reload the status for all devices? I've seen this issue in my own system, and that seems to correct it (until the next time the app is exited and restarted, at least). You may need to do this for each "home" you manage after switching to them.
