Can't connect my nest point

I bought a Nest Router and a point .
it is impossible to finish the mesh on my point.

i have been done everything that is recommended by the manufacture and all the advices of the community

what else i can do?

I’m having the exact same issue. I even called google customer care and was on call with them for 2 hours and they couldn’t resolve.

Can't understand that Nest can give a solution, i'm not the only one that have this problem.

Hi J1957,

Sorry about the setup issues you're having. I know how frustrating it can be when tech isn't working right. Let's get this worked out. I do have a few suggestions for you to try. Apologies if you have already tried some of these steps.

Try setup with the point next to the main router. Then once setup completes, you can move it to where it will be used.
Try disabling bluetooth on your setup device during the setup process.
If you use a VPN or web traffic filtering service, try disabling that during setup.
If you have access to another device (tablet or spare phone), try completing setup on that device.

If you have given all these a try and are still having issues, please let me know.
