Nanoleaf unable to connect

Hi I live in Cincinnati and have altafiber and google home. I want to connect a device that requires 2.4 GHz internet connection. How do I choose this option?

There are no options exposed to us about how Nest Wifi treats 2.4ghz and 5ghz, their always combined into one SSID. More info here:
