Google Nest Mesh Expanders

All of a sudden ps5 and Xbox 1s will not connect in my son’s room. Started when we began using the mesh expanders as a router. What do I do? Was told to get port keys, where do I put those into google home?

Hi Mamundson,

Sorry about the connection issues you're having with your gaming consoles. I imagine that's frustrating for your family. Let's take a look at the situation and see what is going on. Adding a point to the network shouldn't affect any of the devices and their ability to connect. I have a few questions to help us get troubleshooting started.

Do you have any other devices failing to connect?
When you set up the router, did you change any network settings, such as the network name or password?
If you run a mesh test, what are the results for connection strength for each point?
Do either of the consoles see the network, or is it invisible to them?
