Get buffering on tv intermittently. Tried everything. What next?

What device is giving you issues? Is it on wifi or hardwired? If wireless, can you try to connect (even temporarily) to a hardwired ethernet to see if that solves it? If you can't connect to ethernet, can you move the router closer to the device to see if it's a signal issue?
