Sorry for the issues you've been having getting your fridge connected to your network. That sounds like a frustrating experience. Let's take a deeper look at this and see how we can get this fixed for you.

I do have a few questions for you that might help us narrow things down.

Have you been able to connect before in the past, or has it never connected?
Do any other devices have trouble connecting to your network?
Are you getting any error messages, or will it simply just not connect?
Does the Bosch app see the network?
