NO NETWORK MESSAGE ON GOOGLE NEST

The WiFi in our house is working fine but the visible message on the google nest screen says no network.
We do not hear the doorbell ring through the nest

“hey google” does nit respond. Obviously. No network

we unplugged the google nest, waited, reconnected. No change.

cameras working outside. Can see on iPhone

Strange only the camera is working. Did you try the troubleshooting steps here: Fix your Google Nest Wifi or Google Wifi network
