Wifi Security?

Can wifi user see other connected wifi users activity? if yes then can normal person do this or hacker and then should we share our wifi password with neighbors or friends etc and should we use hotel, airport and park etc wifi and how we can prevent from these security issues?

Some short answers:

Give guest network access to friends and neighbors. More info: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6327302?hl=en .
Even though people on the same network can "see" each other, one does not see other devices' activity in plain text that easily. More and more traffic these days are encrypted between your PC and the servers it's talking to using technologies like HTTPS, TLS, SSL certificates.
For extra privacy and security, use VPN on open, public or unknown networks, like hotel and airport.
