Yes, you can pair a Nest Wifi point with another Bluetooth speaker.

but it’s not working with Nest WIfi

only with Nest. There is no option like that in the app with nest Wifi

Strange, I seem to recall seeing topics about that saying it was an option. Perhaps that has changed if you're no longer seeing the pairing option.
