PSK code for google mesh point not showing

I am trying to recover the psk code for my google mesh point. Despite following the instructions to recover it from within a browser only the setup code is showing not the psk. Any ideas as to how I can recover the psk to get the point to work?

Hi Braddels,

The PSK it's asking for should just be your network password that you set up during the initial setup of the network. Just for context, is there something in app asking for the PSK specifically? Is this point something you've had as part of your network before, or are you adding it for the first time?

Hi Jeff- I moved house and had to do a reset on the point. I followed the instructions here- https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9012064?hl=en- but no psk comes up. Only the setup shows and that is not working on the setup app. I contacted google support to try and retrieve the psk but they were not very helpful.

The point is one of a set of three that all came together. I got them on my internet contract
