I have the google wifi router and two extenders in my home. I have a Lux security system that works on an ethernet (cat5) connection to the router , at least it is supposed too. The Lux security camera operated as intended with the router that came with the gigabyte service to the house initially. I upgraded to the Google and cant get the cameras to connect. Help plz

Since there are a lot of Lux cameras and devices and not knowing the Google wifi device you have, it is hard to give pointed diagnostic steps. If the cameras work on the old system you are replacing and not on on the new Google device, it is likely either a port forwarding you need to configure on the Google router or a setting change that needs to be made on the Lux system. I'd recommend to contact Lux Support to assist.

Hi folks,

Cool, sounds like a plan! While we don't support Lux security cameras, it’s a big help reaching out to their support team. Also, please be advised that this thread will be locked after 24 hours.

Thanks for the help here, PatrickP_Viking.

Best,

JT
