Hello,

Is it possible to have multiple google wifi's connected to 1 modem?

My home has a quirky layout in terms ethernet connectivity. Currently, I have my "router" in a non-central location (upstairs), A "point" (no ethernet port access) in a central location, and a "point" in a non central (basement, WITH ethernet port access).

I would like make the "point" and additional "router" by utilizing the ethernet port in my basement, Is this possible? If so how would I go about solving this problem?

Do you already have a Google Wifi router currently? If it is the first or second generation you are able to add access points to your routers. This can be done with ethernet.

The Google Nest Wifi does support multiple access points that you can connect to your router.
I have a Google Nest Pro with 2 units. 🙂

Yes, this is possible check THIS support page.

You can also have a look at the new Google Wifi Pro setup as the multi-packs are all routers.
But they have only one ethernet port for the LAN so you need an unmanaged switch in between.
