Sorry for the issues you're having with your WiFi setup. I imagine that's been frustrating to deal with, but I'm sure we can get this fixed for you. I do have a few questions to help figure this out.

What is happening when you receive this error?
Is the error being spoken through your points, or are you seeing this in the Home app?
Have you tried any troubleshooting on this so far, if so, what have you tried?
