I have more than 1 users who can manage wifi, how do I know which user paused/unpaused connections to certain devices?

I don't believe this information is available. Managing fine-grained permissions within the scope of a Google Home instance is a long-standing issue, though.

shame that Google doesn’t put in much priority on this product, I personally find the hardware and performance is ideal for my needs but software side leaves a lot to be desired. Guess it is what it is, I don’t know what other help i can expect from the community unless someone knows how to pull low level logs via JTAG or something.

Hey andy-k,

The way the Google and Nest WiFi systems work is to make them true plug-and-play devices. For more advanced users, they might find certain options to be unavailable. What I can do is pass word along to our internal teams that work on these products and make your voice heard internally. I'll pass your comments along. Aside from that, is there any more I can do for you?
