How to use a single 2.4GHz channel

I have 3 google mesh pucks (1st generation). One is set up in NAT mode to my subnet with the external router and the other two are in bridge mode and plugged into my private subnet. All three pucks broadcast my SSID but each uses a different 2.4 channel; thus I use 3 of the 11 available channels just for my google mesh network. I would like to limit this to only 1 channel if possible.

I do not mind if some of the pucks do not broadcast the SSID if that is necessary to only use 1 channel. I live in an apartment complex where many different wifi networks are broadcasting on 2.4. My neighbors and myself are constantly getting interference and my neighbors are not happy that I use so many of the channels.

Please advise how I can prevent the use of 3 channels. Thank you for any assistance.

You have your system doing thee seperate things, so they are allocating channels to prevent interference from each other.

What three different things are you referring to?

My 1st puck is defined as NAT (standard) mode and acts as a router between my primary subnet which has the external router connection and the google mesh subnet. 'net2' is my google mesh subnet. Puck1 advertises 'net2' on channel 1 (2.4Ghz). The other two pucks are on the same subnet as puck1 and run in bridge mode. They advertise 'net2' on channels 7 and 11, respectively. I would like 'net2' only on a single channel.
