One of my point won’t go online

My mesh point was unplugged. When I plug it back in and try to reconnect it to the network I get a can’t connect message.

Sorry for the issues you're having with the WiFi point. I bet that's quite frustrating, but I'll be happy to help you sort it out.

I do have a couple of questions for you to help us diagnose things.

Does the point have any lights pulsing or flashing after you plug it in? If so, what color?
Are you able to see the point in your Home app?
Have you tried moving the point closer so see if it will reconnect being a little closer to the home router?
