Hey, Dragonstrength.

Sorry about the issues you're having with the bluetooth audio. That sounds frustrating, but I'm sure we can get this worked out. I do have a few questions that should be able to sort this out.

Do any other devices connect to the WiFi point via bluetooth successfully?
Are you able to connect over WiFi to the point to stream audio using the cast functionality?
Does it connect and then fail to play, or will it not even pair?
Are you trying to use the point as part of a group, or on its own?

If you can let me know a little more, I'm sure we can figure this out for you. I look forward to hearing back.
