Nest Wifi Port Forwarding not forwarding

I'm trying to host a web page and a plex server from one of my computers on the network.
I have assigned my computer a static ip

I have setup port forwarding in the home application.
I can get to the applications when I put in my local ip address with port.

I cannot get to the applications when I put in the nest wifi router ip with port.
I cannot get to the applications when I put in the external ip with port.
I just keep getting error messages that the port isn't open which to me means I'm not getting forwarded.
I have only a modem no other routers, I have a nest point as well, but I have unplugged that for now.

I have tried restarting the network multiple times.

I have tried disabling the firewall, no difference.

I'm not sure what else I could try. Is there a nest wifi dmz option that I could just send all external requests to my one computer on the network?

Hi @Mandible

Are you able to reach the plex server within your local network?
If not, port forwarding is not going to help out as this is only intended for external/internet access.

When it is not reachable from a local network client, your problem is somewhere on the server itself?
On what kind of device did you install the Plex server?

Yes I figured it out.
The ISP provided modem has the ability to be used as a router. ( of which I was not using it in that way )
The wan line to my network was plugged in the incorrect port( not clearly labelled and was moved recently in my house ), which allowed internet traffic normally but created a double nat layer. Once the wan line was plugged into the correct modem port my router port forwarding worked properly.
