Why does my Google Wifi router has to be restarted every few days

I have the Google Wifi routers and I have 400MB speed internet. I'm having to restart my router every few days in order to get the maximum speed from my internet. Why is this happeneing, is the mesh router wearing out? For instance on 11/3 I restarted and got 443 MBPS and then on the 12th it dropped to 86 MBPS and is still at that. This has been a trend recently and it's getting frustrating. I just want to know if I need to buy new routers.

Are the speeds you mention coming from the Home app speed test?
