Second hand nest wifi (not pro) security

I have bought a second hand nest wifi router with three access points. Then had a panic about security!

Is there anything I can do to make sure.ita not been tampered with? Is the router more at risk than the wifi points?

Any advice appreciated.

As long as it's factory reset ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en ) then set up from scratch in the Google Home app with your own Google account ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en ) you should be good.
