Google Wi-Fi Extenders are Red

I have a 3 point Google Wi-Fi. First time set up. I set up the first point with with no problem and it’s working fine. I plug in the 2nd and 3rd points to set them up and they are blinking red. They aren’t recognized for set up. What could be the problem?

Dis you buy them brand new?

I'd try to factory reset the units that has a red light, using the physical button:
