Hi eaglefoundry,

Are all the points going into this upgrade loop, or just the additional points you recently purchased? Is it only changing the name that prompts the upgrade, or any sort of management? If you try a factory reset on one of the units caught in the upgrade cycle and set it up as new, does the process still repeat?

Thanks,
Jeff

Just reconfigured my network. Purchase two additional routers that are hardwired over my property. I have three points to fill in coverage. Everytime I try to rename a point, it goes in to a 5-10 upgrade. It finishes, says my network is up to date, then when I click on the point to adjust the settings, it goes right back into the update. Testing mesh connection works fine. I need to be able to turn off the lights and i am not able.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the reply. I walked away for several hours and came back and it had resolved. Maybe it just hadn't declared it was updated so the app kept trying. Thanks.
