Hi still having problems with connection. About to take the Google nest back for a refund. It wont connect to my wifi. I have tried using my phone or my computer. I have tried turning everything off and on and unplugging as suggested. Sometimes on my computer it asks for a password for google nest. I had a reply from AbagailF Community specialist - but when I replied my email bounced back unable to be delivered.

Thanks for posting. To confirm, are you trying to set up your Nest Wifi router? If yes, do you get any message when trying to set it up using your Google Home app? Could you send a screenshot of the message for our reference?
