Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

A few questions: does your modem have an internet connection? Were there any recent power outages in your area? What's the LED status of your Google Wifi? Have you tried some troubleshooting steps before?

Please make sure that there's an internet connection from your Internet service provider's modem. Check the Ethernet cable used to connect to ensure there's no damage. You may also run a 2-minute power cycle on your network.
