How to switch main router to different one on the mesh system if the main one is bad?

If the main wifi nest router is bad how do you make one of the other mesh routers the main one? I did it by factory resetting it but just want to know if there was an easier way instead of doing that.

There is no feature or setting to change your primary/main router/point unfortunately, if that's what you mean. You would need to factory reset your points, and setup the network again with a new primary/main router.
