WIFI disconnected from Nest and cannot get connected .

I have had my device for less than two years. Wifi lost connection. I tried several times to set wifi back by resetting and setting it as a new device. Nothing helps. What to do next?

Press on the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
Select Settings cog.
Turn the ring until Network appears. What does it say?

If it doesn't say "Error - nest.com/w5", try these steps:
