Google Nest WiFi won't connect to internet after power outage

Hi, After a power outage, nest wifi won't connect to the internet. Have tried the turning everything off and re-starting, have checked the cables, have done a factory reset several times - nothing works! Please help.

Thanks for posting — let’s see what’s going on.

Answer the following: what's the LED status of your Google Nest Wifi? Is there any internet connection from your ISP modem? Have you tried the steps here to factory reset your device?

Please factory reset your Google Nest Wifi again and set it up again. If you encounter any issues, take a screenshot of them and send them here. You may also use this troubleshooter website for additional steps.
