Faster WiFi needed on 2nd floor

What product(s) can give me faster WiFi on the 2nd floor if my router (and internet connection point) is located on the 1st floor? Would a nest router and a couple of points do the job? I will not be able to connect the points with an Ethernet cable.

Wifi is a hard thing to gauge, but I have a 3 story townhome and had a similar issue to you, I switched to the Nest Wifi and have had no issues since (3 pack, 1 per floor, fully wireless connection no wired ethernet).

Exactly, one router connected to my modem , the other two are points. The points are nice because they double as Google smart speakers
