Hi

I have a Google wifi (router) and 2 mesh google wifi devices. They have been working fine for a year. Suddenly last night they all stopped working and are 'offline'. My computer/phone recognise and connect to the wifi but there is no internet. There is no issue with my main router and wifi - they are both working. I did a full factory reset of my google wifi devices which solved the problem initially. However, after 30 minutes all the devices dropped and went offline. They are all showing the pale white light. I have checked and my wifi is working and everything is all plugged in - i've isolated the issue to the google wifi devices themselves. I tried resetting the network through Google Home but it did nothing. Please can someone help?

Long shot, but: Do you by chance have a TiVo device (specifically TiVo Mini) on your network?
I've been having similar issues - I think I've narrowed it down to occurring when the TiVo Mini was connected. I can't explain it, but I think it was misbehaving and brining the entire network down. Disconnecting / Reconnecting the TiVo Mini from the network turned the problem On/Off, and after reseting it (unplugging power) - the problem is resolved (likely temporarily).

Hi, same kind of issues at home. My workaround for months was to automate a wifi night reboot twice a week. But 2 days ago I moved some equipments and that's here again, wifi down twice a day. Even after rebooting internet provider box and google wifi... Thought it was a RJ45 cable but ...no.
