How do i change the customdns setting to automatic

I have dnsfilter enabled with custom dns setting. I can't seems to revert back to automatic DNS setting or isp provided setting. My dnsfilter setting is not working because of some filtering issue but dns rollback on the google home is not working either.

Changing DNS back to automatic should be as easy as setting a custom DNS. What happens when you do it? So you get an error message? Or no error message, but the change doesn't actually happen?

Worst case just factory reset all Nest Wifi units ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en ) and set up the network from scratch ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en ). Reuse the network name (SSID) and password so that your devices reconnect automatically.
