We'd love to help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A few questions: what are the port numbers that you are trying to use? Were there any recent power or internet outages in your area? Is there a switch on your network? Are you using a modem-router combo?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app before creating a new port forwarding rule. Perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire Wi-Fi network by following this guide:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disconnect the power from the modem.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disconnect the Ethernet cable and power cord from the parent point.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disconnect the power cord from the child points.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Leave everything unplugged for 2 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Connect the power to the modem, then your router and points.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I originally had Google Wifi (gen1) and upgraded to Google Nest Wifi Pro.&amp;nbsp; Since doing so I have lost my ability to connect to my BlueIris software (cameras) when outside of my LAN.&amp;nbsp; I have ensured port forwarding has been configured in the GoogleHome app and my firewall has that port open.&amp;nbsp; It still says the port is closed.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas as to what might be this new problem I am experiencing with Wifi Pro?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
