Speaker Volume low

My nest wifi speakers volume changed overnight. They no longer get loud and the sound is not rich. I use Apple Music linked to the device. Any advice?

A few questions: have you noticed if this only happens when playing Apple Music? How many Google Nest Wifi speakers are affected? What are the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried?

Thank you so much for the response. We have tried to reset all of the devices. In fact, I reset them to factory and reset up and still have the same issue. I’m not sure what happened but they used to sound very rich and now they sound very much like a tin can.
