Hey, everyone.

I know there are a few threads on this now and quite a few reporting this issue. I'm sorry you're all dealing with that. Few things are more frustrating than network drops at home. So we do have internal teams on this, and I'm really hoping for a fix to roll out soon, but this one has been proving difficult to pin down.
I saw keenumm has the newer WiFi points. For the others, what WiFi points are you using? Is it Google WiFi, Nest WiFi, or a mix?

Thanks.

I first started encountering these or similar issues on my old Google WiFi system. Because of that, I migrated my entire system to Nest WiFi. I'm still encountering the problem.

Thanks for clarifying that, nickp001.

With the issue going from one platform to the next, I think we can start looking at the app (which seems unlikely as it doesn't manage the connection) and other external factors. In some cases, ISP issues can cause problems, but those are notoriously tough to work out. You haven't made any ISP changes or updates to your plan since the issues started, have you?

Hey, keenumm.

While it's rare, sometimes when new firmware rolls out, we do find some new issues popping up. While I don't know enough about the firmware release and its interactions with each device to say if that's what happened in your case, I do hope the next update is one that addresses what you're seeing and that it's coming soon.

Thanks

I recently installed eero 6 mesh - but still can't stay connected to the existing wifi network. When I try to update wifi settings - the app says that they've been updated - but each device goes back offline. Cameras, doorbell, security and thermostat all offline for months. Big investment. Very disappointed. Please advise.

Thx

Using Google wifi. Devices will remain connected for 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden all devices become disconnected. Its interesting that these are all automated blinds that become lost (other devices dont. The blinds are Acromedia and controlled through a Puls2 hub

I have the new Google Nest Wifi, router and two points. Initially all was well andI was happy with them. Now my devices keep loosing wifi connectivity and my points disconnect from the router. The only way to fix the issue temporarily is to reboot everything. This is happening several times a day. I am starting to look for something new.

I had to do the same thing constantly even after they finally released another firmware. Only fix I found that worked was to get rid of my Google devices and went to TP-links. It has never happened since then.
