I was given the PPPOE details from my ISP as well but it didn't work. It puts you in the realm of matching VLAN ports. Don't go there. Just use the DHCP.

I need to connect to PPPOE and I have the login credentials from my ISP. In the app when you click on WAN Connection to access to change it states can not edit... tells me to unplug the ethernet cable but says make sure the mobile device or iPad is connected to that same network... Well as we all know if this is your Main Router upon unplugging you just lost that connection so you STILL CAN NOT CHANGE IT!! Someone PLEASE HELP!! I have tried from my iPhone and iPad with same results...

Hi, in the app have you tried to just tick the DHCP box only. Nothing else. Then use the app to detect the router again. Don't use the PPPOE. Good luck.
