Primary connection to router is perfect but cannot connect other points. Keeps suggesting to restart router.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having with your Google Nest Wifi Pro points. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: how many Google Nest Wifi Pro points do you have? Are they previously set up in the Google Home app? Were there any recent changes you made? In which part of the setup are you getting the prompt to restart the router? Are you trying to set up the points wirelessly or through a wired connection? What are the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried?
