Google Wifi - no PSK in 192.168.84.1/api/v1/status to add to google Home app

Hi there, the QR code and setup codes on the bottom of one of my Google wifi pucks is Not there. I saw the forum posts saying to go to 192.168.84.1/api/v1/status and found the ssid but there is no psk shown, so now I'm not sure what to do!

Software version: 14150.376.32

I've reset Factory defaults many times....

Previously working on my network... Factory reset cause that file to state SETUP_REQUIRED.. vs CONNECTED
