google mesh with xfinity best modem

Hello,

We recently switched to Xfinity and discovered our google mesh does notwork with their modem. What modem would you recommend we get to replace the modem we have from Xfinity to get our Google Mesh back up ?

Our download speeds are 800Mbps.

We're sorry to hear about the set-up concern between your new modem and your Google/Nest Wifi router. That's unusual indeed, since we don't have any concerns yet when setting up other modems. May we know how you did the set-up? What’s the topology of your devices? Is there an error message during the set-up?

Regarding your question on what modem to replace from Xfinity, it would be best to reach out to them and see if they have modems that aren’t compatible with Google.
