Wrong setup code - Nest WiFi point

Hi all,

I've got a 2nd hand nest WiFi point that I'm attempting to connect to my existing Nest setup.

Factory reset, says it's ready for setup.

When I try to add to Home it instructs me to download Google Utility.

There is no QR code on this point so I have to add the setup code manually however whenever I try this it simply says 'Wrong setup code' and I cannot go any further.

I'm going to assume it's one of the first Nest models but I'm unsure as to why the code would not work.

Any suggestions? Thank you ☺️

I'll add that I've tried EVERY variation of the code on the bottom of the device. No luck. Home App is up to date - everything else is running perfectly through there.
