I'd first check it's not a Nest Wifi Pro, as those can only be used with other Nest Wifi Pro.

I picked up a used Nest wifi router which I was going to use as a point out in my barn. We have a bed and breakfast and as I have a Nest doorbell camera at the inn's front door and am in the barn often, I rely on the prompts to let me know when a guest is at the front door -I often miss these prompts when out in the barn so I thought adding another point would help -currently, there are 4 points in the home including the google Nest router. The nest wifi router I purchased refuses to be used as a point, I am going to reset it again today but when I use my phone app, it wants me to set it up as a router vs a point - any thoughts here? The barn is about 80 feet away from the nearest point which happens to be the Nest router. Help! Thanks
