meross smart plug shows offline in google home but able to work in meross app

I just buy a meross smart plug. I download the meross app and connect my mobile to google wifi then add this device. I can control it in meross app.

Then I add this device to google home by scan matter QR code. I can successfully add it - at lease I see all done on google home app. But after that it always shows offline and I can't control it.

Any one could suggest me how to resolve this please.

I got the same issue. Got the smart plug yesterday. In the Google Home app the plug appears to be offline. I can control it in the Meross app. If I grant access to the Meross app in the Google Home app I am able to control the plug with my Google Home Assistant, but not as a Matter device. Only with the Meross app connection. Therefore I am not able to setup an automation.

Help would be really appreciated!
