internet disconnecting for couple of seconds every hour or so, since couple of days

Hello

since a couple of days (cant recall anything that could have started that), i have disconnecting issues wired (pc) and on the nintendo switch (wifi)

when im playing a video game on pc or on the switch, the game disconnects saying that there is a connection issue

i restarted my isp modem, google mesh router and my ethernet switch, but it keeps doing it

is there a way to diagnose the problem?? is there other things to try before i need to do a factory reset ?

You can check out this good article about devices that can't connect to Nest WiFi or Google WiFi networks, so you can try a few recommendations and steps there to troubleshoot the issue.

If none of the above steps didn't work, try to factory reset your Nest WiFi and devices to isolate the issue and refresh the connection between them.
