    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bought Google wifi mesh router 2 years back. A pack of three wifi points , out of the three points one of them is connected to.modem and it is working fine, another one also I am able to connect to mesh network, however the third one I am not able to add it in the mesh network. I can't see that point in my Google home app as well and also tried factory resetting the point, however I am not getting any success&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Google ac 1200 model and I have tried the following process to factory reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Remove the point from power&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) press the factory reset button at the bottom of the device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) switch on the power cable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) White light comes up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Then it turns to Blinking blue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6) Then I release the factory reset button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The challenge is after releasing the factory reset button also I am constantly seeing light as blinking blue and the point is not getting detected in the Google home app. I tried calling support team as well and they suggested to leave the device without power for 3-4 hours. I left the device overnight without power however the problem is still there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate if anyone can suggest a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Danish Siddiqui&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Power off your modem or modem/router combo.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Power off all your routers and points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wait 30 seconds (no seriously, it sounds slightly strange I know).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Power on your modem and wait for it to fully power on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Power on just your primary router and wait for it to fully power on,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Power on the Wifi point that won't setup.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6191584" target="_self"&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check the LED light&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to make sure it's ready for setup. If it's not, use the physical button on the device to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;factory reset it&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Retry setup with the troublesome Wifi point to see if it will successfully setup as the primary router instead.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Occasionally, this allows the device to download a firmware update which has been known to resolve some of these issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
