I just upgraded my Google wifi (old) to Google wifi pro. We used the group setting to play about 6 speakers. (3 nest audio and 3 Google mini's). At the beginning when set everything up, I was able to add the speakers and create a group and everything worked. The next day it stopped working and when I looked all the devices they were gone. So I factory reset all the speakers and tried to add them back but now I get this message: Connect to same Wi-Fi

Your Nest Audio was setup successfully but can't be found. Make sure your mobile device and Nest Audio are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Turn off AP isolation

If AP isolation is enabled on your Wi-Fi router, you will need to disable it. Learn more here

I am connected to the same wifi that I want the speakers connected to.

Hi there StaticShox.

Thanks for reaching out to our community.

Moving between different Wi-Fi networks can sometimes be frustrating, but don't worry, let's try to get everything set up again.

My first recommendation would be to revisit this article on how to factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays. It's not necessary to reset all of them; try resetting just one. However, make sure to remove them from the Google Home app before performing the factory reset.

Make sure your devices are about 15 to 20 feet from the Wi-Fi router.

Before trying to set up your devices again, it would be helpful to reboot your Nest WiFi Pro devices.

Since you cannot change AP isolation settings, it would great to try setting up your devices using a mobile hotspot. This will help us determine if the error message is caused by your Wi-Fi network or your Nest devices.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Angel.
